I’ve been working as a professional sound recordist and production sound mixer since 2000, with extensive experience across narrative film and documentary productions. I understand the different workflows, pressures, and technical challenges of each discipline, and adapt my approach accordingly on set.

My clients include Netflix, Disney, Amazon, EON Productions, Working Title, RAW, the BBC, Sky, Channel 4, Nutopia, and Darlow Smithson, among others.

I genuinely love what I do. Sound isn’t just a job for me — it’s something I care deeply about. I’m always learning, whether that’s about sound, storytelling, or how best to support a production and the people making it.

Over the years I’ve recorded location sound in just about every situation imaginable — on boats, in helicopters, in cars, up mountains, across deserts, down caves, and occasionally in a nice, controlled London interior.

I bring a solid technical knowledge of on-set sound recording to every job, but for me it really comes down to trust, teamwork, and creating the right working environment. Helping directors, cast, crew do their best work and being a calm, reliable presence on set and capturing high-quality sound that supports the story is something I take pride in.
